MARC DEPAUL

CFO, Private Family Office

Marc has an extensive background in the management and operations of Family Offices. He is a hands-on leader who is a consensus builder, collaborative, team-oriented, self-motivated, and can affect change. Marc is the CFO of a single-family office for a private, multibillion dollar family in Palm Beach, Florida. He ensures that the SFO fulfills its mission to serve its multi-generational family. He is involved in all aspects and oversight of balance sheets, cash flows, the office including coordinating with outside intermediaries on matters related to tax planning and compliance, risk management, development of an investment theses which reflects the family’s investment criteria and other services required by the family.

Previously, Marc led the JJack Family Office for a private family in Miami, Florida. He was the founding member of, and the Family Office Services Leader with Alvarez & Marsal Private Client Services team. Marc brought strategic, managerial and family office leadership to serve his clients, paying close attention to the purpose and vision for the office.

Before A&M, Marc successfully converted a single-family office into a multifamily office, where he severed as the Director for the business. Located in Miami Beach, Greenpoint Advisors was formed to be a boutique multifamily office to cater to the needs of international families. Marc’s responsibilities included oversight and leadership of the firm and its staff.

Previously, he was employed by Tiedemann Wealth Management, J.P. Morgan Chase and MBNA America.

Marc is a graduate from the H. Wayne Huizenga School of Business and Entrepreneurship at Nova Southeastern University where he earned his masters of business administration. He earned a bachelor of science in business with a concentration in finance management from Goldey Beacom College in Delaware.

He has maintained membership in many professional organizations over his career.
